1. Account Registration

1. Go to neuro.org.my
2. Click on 'Create New MSN Account'
3. Complete the fields required to register and click on 'Submit' button
4. A message saying 'Thank you for submitting your details....'

Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail before you can login

2. Login to Member Portal

After your account has been activated, you may Login to the MSN portal and continue

1. Login to the MSN Membership Portal
2. Complete the fields that required in the 'Member Detail Form'

Click on 'MEMBERSHIP' to choose your membership

1. Life Member - RM 300 one time
2. Ordinary Member - RM 50 per year
3. Affiliate Member - RM 50 per year
4. Associate Member - RM 20 per year

3. Exco Review

1. Your application as a member of MSN will be reviewed in the next EXCO meeting
2. We shall contact you again regarding the outcome of your application via email

4. MSN membership has been approved

Once your application for MSN membership has been approved, your membership will be activated after you have paid your membership fees.

1. Login to the MSN Membership Portal
2. Click on "MEMBERSHIP" and Pay the membership fees

5. Payment

Secretary will verify your payment and will send you a confirmation acknowledgement
