WORLD CONGRESS OF NEUROLOGY 2009 The 19th World Congress of Neurology concluded recently in Bangkok, Thailand. This event is held once every four years by the World Federation of Neurology. The World Federation of Neurology is the body representing 100,000 neurologists world wide. On this occasion, it took place from October 24th -30th 2009 and was well attended by close to 4000 delegates from all over the world. It is considered the most important event in the calendar of neurologists globally. Assoc. Prof Dr Tan Kay Sin, President of the Malaysian Society of Neurosciences from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur was the national delegate to the World Federation of Neurology and this conference.
